Do you want to train like a professional tennis player?

The Julan Krinsky School of Tennis launches a new program aimed at young tennis players between the ages of 11 and 18 looking for a high-performance experience with personalized, high-intensity training.

This training program is a segment taken from our regular program and includes specific work on all the areas that we consider essential in the preparation of players who are aspiring to become tennis professionals. The methodology applied in the training sessions has been developed by Steve Smith and his GreatBase Tennis and his technical team thanks to the knowledge acquired during their years of experience on the professional circuit.

Players will perfect their technique and tactics with personalised tennis training sessions with a maximum of 4  players per court, improve their on-court performance with the help of experienced physical trainers, learn how to eat and hydrate correctly and boost their mental strength thanks to the work of our specialists in sports psychology. In addition, they will have the opportunity to train with the players from other local area High performance tennis centers.

The High-Performance Program is available all year except for holiday weeks.  The program includes 5 days of intensive training and 1 day of just competitive play.  The player can choose between three or more days of training per week. Our coaches test all players at the beginning of the program to assign them to a training group according to their level of play.

  • All players must be in USTA competitive track, that includes tournaments and Junior Team Tennis.

  • They will follow our physical training program that has been curated by our team of physical training coaches.

  • Consultations with sports psychologists and nutrition specialists will be available periodically to optimize performance,
